This social off road walking group who have become great friends and are enthusiastic about getting out walking in the fresh air regardless of the weather. A mini picnic finishes off each walk where we catch up on all the craic.

The group take day trips every 6 weeks or so to explore locations further afield and enjoy lunch together. Places visited during these day trips has included Rossnowlagh, Bundoran, Mount Charles and The Donegal Bay Waterbus and Bank walk.

The group often can be seen walking around Dromore town  itself and The Riverside walk  on a Wednesday morning after an exercise class.
